Ab dem 12. August 2026 gelten durch die neue EU-Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR) strengere Regeln beim Versand innerhalb der EU. Online-Händler müssen sich dann in allen EU-Lieferländern registrieren und dort einen rechtlichen Bevollmächtigten benennen, teilweise sogar notariell beglaubigen lassen. - Das gilt unabhängig davon, wie viele Pakete in das jeweilige Land versendet werden.
Wir bieten unsere Waren grundsätzlich EU-weit an. Abgesehen von Österreich ist jedoch kein Lieferland dauerhaft stark genug vertreten, um den bürokratischen Aufwand und die jährlichen Fixkosten von 300 bis 800 € pro Land zu rechtfertigen. Aus diesem Grunde liefern wir ab 12. August innerhalb der Europäischen Union neben Deutschland nur noch nach Österreich, wo wir die Kosten für den gesetzlichen Bevollmächtigten für Sie übernehmen. Sie können aus den anderen EU-Ländern weiterhin bestellen, müssen als Lieferland jedoch eine alternative Lieferadresse in Deutschland oder Österreich angeben. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis für diese durch die EU-Bürokratie erzwungene Maßnahme.

As of 12 August 2026, stricter rules for shipping within the EU apply under the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR). Online retailers must then register in all EU delivery countries and appoint a legal representative there; in some cases, this appointment must even be notarised. This applies regardless of how many parcels are shipped to the respective country.
In principle, we offer our goods throughout the EU. However, apart from Austria, no delivery country is consistently represented strongly enough to justify the administrative effort and annual fixed costs of €300 to €800 per country. For this reason, from 12 August onward we may only deliver to Germany and Austria, where we will cover the costs of the statutory representative for you. You may continue to place orders from other EU countries, but you must specify an alternative delivery address in Germany or Austria as the delivery country. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this measure, which has been forced upon us by EU bureaucracy.
